played by poncho thirty six moons - warrior - straight - single NAME goldenkit, goldenpaw, goldenthorn GENDER male AGE 36 moons//3 years RANK warrior CLAN obsidianclan APPEARANCE goldenthorn is a clean white cat with a blue right eye and an amber left eye. he has nice pointy ears, completely unscathed, and a light pink nose. he has a small black dot on the left corner of his nose and his fur is always perfect. he has a large bushy tail, something that contrasts to the rest of his medium-length fur. he is particularly fond of letting kits play with his tail, although he always makes them clean it afterwards. goldenthorn was born with a somewhat muscular frame, although he does little to nothing in maintaining it. he's an abnormally tall cat, too, something he was always teased about when he was a kit. BRIEF APPEARANCE A tall white tom with heterochromia and a big bushy tail. PERSONALITY goldenthorn is a very 'extra' cat. he enjoys playing with kits, lounging around and being a lazy idiot. he's actually really good at hunting, but he never goes out to hunt and just picks something out from the fresh-kill pile. his excuse is that he's getting too old, but he really is not.  while he is unbiased towards violence and fighting, he isn't the greatest fighter. he prefers ambush attacks as he is light-footed, but his pelt is easily seen amongst the foliage. he likes to tease cats about relationships and whatnot, but gets extremely flustered if teased. HISTORY goldenthorn was born and bred in obsidianclan. he knows nothing else and never will, most likely. he had one brother and two sisters. he had the most uneventful life out of all of the siblings, considering the fact that none of them live in obsidianclan anymore. goldenthorn's kithood was filled with soft lights and glittering words. words can't glitter, but these did. his mother, lotuspetal, died giving birth and his father, foxflight, was left to look after four kits with another nursing queen, redfeather. both redfeather and foxflight were immensely kind to the kits, and taught them to be kind to everyone, something goldenthorn still takes to heart. goldenthorn was apprenticed to hornetstrike. he was a grouchy old fellow, with no patience and only taking on cats he thought could mould into fine warriors. obviously, goldenthorn was an exception. he excelled in hunting and just managed to scrape through fighting. hornetstrike was, however, killed in a border skirmish which shocked the whole clan. they thought hornetstrike would never die. goldenthorn took up the suffix 'thorn' to remember hornetstrike. during early warriorhood, goldenthorn met lilyfur. she was quiet and soft and goldenthorn loved her. she never agreed to become mates, though, because her heart was set on goldenthorn's brother, stripesting. that hurt, and he decided to not go after any mates for the time being. stripesting and lilyfur ran off together into non-clan territory soon after. goldenthorn's two sisters, rosejay and snowjay, ran off with their mates, bristlefern and roachtail, almost a day afterwards. goldenthorn was left along with only kits to play with and that's how it is now. name; poncho time zone; GMT +8
