JADEFALL - RAVINECLAN WARRIOR

Jadefall felt that he needed to give thanks to the clan leader that had saved his clan during the battle with ObsidianClan, when Sagefur had been mercilessly murdered by Foxshade, now the opponent clan deputy. Bloodpelt and her TorchClan warriors had aided them and driven ObsidianClan away. In the process, Jadefall's back leg had been crippled by a fallen tree branch and was now limp, and the accident had altered his outlook on life, but never the fact that he was thankful for the favor. It had been a little over a moon since that battle, and Jadefall trudged through the snowy spruce forest of RavineClan territory to make it to the border of TorchClan territory, hoping that a cat of that clan would be passing by. He would wait, out in the snow, until someone happened along, even if it damaged his health. It was the least he could to repay the clan that had saved his clanmates' lives. Besides, he was not exactly very useful any other way. bloodpelt

The snow was deep around the Torchclan border, but under the great oak trees with golden bark, the snow was just a dusting. Stopped by the giant arms of the trees.
A slow breeze waved through the forest, and it was still.
Besides paw steps. Coming close to the tom through the forest.
Two small yellow ears were seen behind a bush, yet the cat was silent. A friendly aura came from her, but nothing was said. Just a small mew of curiosity, and slight fear.

Jadefall listened carefully for the presence of another cat. When he thought he heard one, after standing statue in the cold falling snow, he padded forward and crossed the river where it was narrow and shallow on stepping stones, so as to not get wet. That wouldn't exactly be a good idea.

Except his leg certainly gave him trouble crossing, and-

SPLASH!

The light-gray tabby lost his footing and fell into the river, being submerged but only slightly as the depth was not more than a tail-length and a half deep. But there was a current and it carried him; at first he was shocked by the ice cold temperature and couldn't do anything to fight it and get out, but after an amount of time he came to and scrambled to the surface. "Oh StarClan, that is cold!" he snapped loudly.

'My leg! Why must it be the way it is...'

The cat gasped, and giggling running after him along the stones. She wasn't very big, and was bright yellow. "Hey!" she giggled hopping along the stones peering at him. She glanced at his leg and back to him twitching her fluffy ears. "You okay? I was gonna grab you but you fell too quick!" she squeaked drying him off with her tail still giggling. It was no secret that this cat was a very excitable and happy one. "Im Rubik!" she squeaked not giving him a chance to respond. "Who are you?" she crouched down sticking her tongue out peering up at him with her bright blue eyes.

Jadefall scrambled back up on the rocks and was surprised when he saw another cat, a cat he did not know but recognized the scent of... she began drying him off with her tail. "You're a TorchClan cat, aren't you, Rubik?" he asked with a smile, coughing from the cold. "I am Jadefall of RavineClan, and I know this is your territory but, I came to thank your leader personally for helping us in the battle with ObsidianClan, when our deputy Sagefur was killed." bloodpelt nOTES: I SHIP JADEFALL X RUBIK FOR NO REASON :3

Rubik nodded happily and smiled. "Yep! thats me!" she hopped. "I remember that fight!" she squeaked. "It was awful" she mumbled twitching her tail tip.
"But ill gladly take you to the camp!" she offered smiling waving her tail. "lucky I was out here!" she mewed tilting her head giggling. The she cat was overly happy and chirpy, and
very kind towards the tom.
