2016

EARLY DECEMBER - RavineClan's deputy, Sagefur, is killed by Foxshade of ObsidianClan; in that same battle, TorchClan is brought by Jadefall to help aid in the battle, and ultimately ObsidianClan is driven back, but not before Jadefall's back leg is crippled by a fallen tree branch. Nightstar of NightClan and Ravinestar of RavineClan form an alliance and border on each others territories. Obsidianstar, the ObsidianClan leader, and Ravinestar face off against each other in a battle and Obsidianstar is stripped of all his nine lives at once by Ravinestar. He is succeeded by his deputy Onyxpelt. Ravinestar refuses to choose a new deputy just yet, and says he will announce his choice at the gathering next. Onyxstar holds a meeting with his clan and declares war on RavineClan for more territory.

MID-DECEMBER - Three clans make their first appearance at the gathering at the Shimmering Heights, alongside RavineClan and ObsidianClan. Onyxstar makes his first appearance as leader. Bastet, the god of NightClan, appears at the gathering and blesses Nightstar with master power of the shadows. Ravinestar announces Oliveheart as his new deputy. Nightstar announces Bluehawk as her new deputy. Onyxstar announces Foxshade as his new deputy. An argument breaks out and clouds cover the moon, which signals StarClan's disapproval, and Onyxstar ends the gathering, leading his warriors away. After the gathering, Nightstar and Ravinestar meet in secret due to their crushes on each other and they spend the rest of the night together. In the morning, each leader returns to their own clan.

LATE DECEMBER - Nightstar discovers that she is pregnant with Ravinestar's kits and opens the borders to RavineClan, making their two clans as if they were one.

2017

EARLY JANUARY - A battle breaks out on the border when Oliveheart the RavineClan deputy finds Inksplash of ObsidianClan brutally attacking a RavineClan apprentice. Onyxstar emerges and Oliveheart and the ObsidianClan leader himself fall into battle, while Novapaw and Inksplash fight. Nightstar arrives to help and chases away Inksplash, saving Novapaw. Oliveheart defeats Onyxstar, and he loses a life in the battle.
